The CAMBER project was presented at the “On the Road to Vision Zero” Conference, organised by the BBARS Bulgarian Branch Association Road Safety (BBARS), in collaboration with the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) and the Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR). The event gathered road safety professionals and policymakers from across Europe to discuss innovative solutions and strategies to advance road safety.
As part of the conference’s focus on safer road systems, the CAMBER project showcased its approach to improving road safety and maintenance across urban and rural networks. Coordinated by EIRA/iRAP, CAMBER combines cutting-edge tools and data-driven methodologies to address critical challenges in road safety and maintenance.
The Conference coincided with the 8th UN Global Road Safety Week to send a clear message about the importance of road safety, policy discussions, and global innovations to achieve streets that are cleaner, greener, and healthier.
