From 10–13 June 2025, CAMBER took part in Velo-city 2025, the world’s leading cycling and sustainable mobility conference, held this year in Gdańsk, Poland. Organised by the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF), Velo-city brought together over 1,600 participants from more than 60 countries, including policymakers, city officials, researchers, industry leaders, and cycling advocates—all united by a shared vision of cleaner, safer, and more equitable urban mobility. This year’s Velo-city theme, “Energizing Solidarity”, reflected the role of cycling in driving social, economic, and environmental change. CAMBER’s contribution aligns closely with this vision by promoting a systematic and inclusive approach to making roads safer.
CAMBER had a booth at the conference and Shanna Lucchesi, EIRA’s project senior specialist, represented the project.
