CAMBER was featured in the session “Eyes and ears on the road: from real-time condition sensing to real-world maps”. The session presented results from the Belgian 5G-RoadMonitoring project, which enables real-time road condition monitoring, traffic sign detection and continuously updated digital maps. Given the strong alignment with CAMBER’s objectives, Be-Mobile – a partner in both 5G-RoadMonitoring and CAMBER – highlighted CAMBER’s data-driven approach to road safety, demonstrating how real-time sensing and high-quality map data support safer and more resilient road infrastructure.
